"I’m launching WiseLine, a mobile-first ministry platform that gives people an easy, secure way to request real-time prayer, schedule future sessions, and receive godly counsel straight from their phones. The first milestone is an MVP for iOS and Android that feels as seamless as any modern chat app yet carries the reverence of a prayer room.

Key scope for this build
• Phone-number verification is the only authentication flow we will support at launch. New users should be able to register, receive a one-time code, and land in the app in under a minute.
• Live and scheduled prayer sessions come first. A user taps “Request Prayer,” chooses “Now” or “Later,” and is placed into a real-time text conversation with an available prayer partner or counselor. Typing indicators, read receipts, and graceful session time-outs are essential.
• Communication is text-based for this release; audio or video can wait for future phases.
• The architecture must be cloud-hosted, secure, and scalable so we can bolt on devotionals, testimonies, and community features without rewriting the core. Think Firebase, Supabase, or AWS Amplify paired with a cross-platform framework like Flutter or React Native—open to your recommendation as long as it keeps the codebase maintainable.
• Admin tools are lightweight: a web console (or in-app role) that lets vetted counselors pick up prayer requests, view basic analytics, and flag or archive sessions.

Acceptance criteria
1. A new user can register with a verified phone number and create a profile in under 60 seconds.
2. Prayer requests can be placed, matched, and fulfilled via real-time text chat with push notifications on both sides.
3. End-to-end encryption (or comparable secure transport) protects every message.
4. The codebase builds for iOS and Android from a single repository and runs free of critical bugs on current OS versions.
5. Clear setup documentation plus a short Loom walkthrough of the deployment pipeline complete the hand-off.
