"I am building a dual-platform mobile application that matches employers with on-call workers for short-notice, temporary jobs. The focus is on speed and a friction-free user journey, so every feature must feel immediate and intuitive.

Core build
• Native iOS and Android releases (one shared codebase such as Flutter or React Native is acceptable as long as performance is uncompromised).
• Secure email-and-password authentication backed by best-practice encryption, with the code structured so social login can be added later without refactoring.
• Separate role flows for Employer, Worker, and Admin, each with its own dashboard and permissions.

Essential feature set
• Instant job posting and real-time worker notifications.
• In-app credit/debit card payments (Stripe or a comparable PCI-compliant gateway). Employers see the full cost; workers see their net payout immediately after fees.
• Two-way rating and review system that updates user reputation in real time.
• Automated generation of payment and tax reports exportable to PDF/CSV for both users and admins.
• Clean, modern UI/UX that keeps the most common actions—post, accept, pay—within two taps.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready iOS and Android apps uploaded to TestFlight and Google Play internal testing tracks.
2. Scalable backend (Firebase, AWS, or comparable) including database schema, API endpoints, and role-based access control.
