Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Install and configure WordPress on my host, then set up a lightweight, mobile-first theme that reflects a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
• Connect my IDX Broker account, style the search, results, and property detail pages so they blend seamlessly with the site, and make sure saved search, map search, and lead-capture features work out of the box.
• Configure core SEO elements—schema for properties, XML sitemap, friendly permalinks, and meta tags—using a plugin like Rank Math or Yoast (your recommendation is welcome).
• Create starter pages (Home, Communities, Buyers, Sellers, Contact) plus a blog template, all ready for me to drop in content.
