"My website has grown steadily, yet the overall experience now feels dated. I want the next iteration to feel effortless for visitors, whether they arrive on desktop or mobile, and to pave the way for future growth.

Scope of work
• Re-architect navigation so that key pages and actions sit no more than two clicks away, with a clear breadcrumb trail.
• Optimise loading speed across the board—image compression, code minification, CDN configuration, and anything else needed to keep Core Web Vitals solidly in the green.
• Rebuild the front end for true mobile responsiveness, using flexible grids and fluid typography so it looks polished on every screen size.
• Add three core features: site-wide search (fast, typo-tolerant), secure user accounts with social login support, and full e-commerce capability (catalog, cart, checkout, payment gateway).

Acceptance criteria
1. Desktop and mobile Lighthouse performance scores ≥ 90.
2. Navigation tested with five real users; each completes pre-defined tasks in under 15 seconds.
3. Responsive layout verified on at least three breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop).
4. Search returns results in <1 s, supports partial words, and highlights matches.
5. User registration, email verification, login/logout, and password reset function flawlessly.
6. E-commerce flow—from product page to paid order confirmation—works end-to-end in sandbox mode.
