"I’m ready to move from wireframes to a working MVP for a two-sided marketplace that serves the Creative Services niche and I need help taking it end-to-end on both web and mobile.

Core flow
• Customers create a job request, the system instantly produces an OpenAI-powered smart summary, and nearby providers can browse, filter, and submit offers.
• Real-time in-app chat with push notifications keeps both sides talking until completion, all backed by GPS so users can see who is local.
• Stripe Connect (or an equivalent you recommend) will handle escrow, staged releases, payouts, and the light KYC/ID checks required for compliance.
• An admin portal must let me search users, edit jobs, trigger refunds, and resolve disputes.

Tech direction
I’m flexible on stack as long as the codebase cleanly supports:
– A responsive web app
– iOS & Android builds from a single code base (React Native, Flutter, or similar)
– REST or GraphQL APIs that make it easy to extend features later
– Containerised deployment to AWS or GCP with CI/CD

Key deliverables
1. Web app, iOS and Android binaries ready for store submission
2. Admin dashboard with user, job, and payment controls
3. Integrated Stripe Connect flow with test cases for charges, holds, and payouts
4. OpenAI/ChatGPT endpoint that returns concise job summaries (prompt engineering included)

Acceptance criteria
• A new customer can sign up, post a creative-services job, see its AI summary, and fund escrow.
• A provider within 10 km receives a push notification, reviews the summary, bids, chats, and receives payment on completion.
• Admin can search the transaction, release funds, or issue a refund from the portal.
