Budget: Recommended by industry experts
Time to start: As soon as possible
Project description:
"The control package for my system runs on a Siemens PLC that communicates with an IFM CR1077 display. Before we expand production I need an experienced Siemens programmer to inspect the existing logic, point out everything that is missing or wrong, and then apply the fixes.
Top priority: the calendar routine. Monthly, weekly, and daily cycles must show the right date/time and execute reliably. I also need a clear, user-friendly way to adjust these values myself—either in the code or from the CR1077 panel.
While you are inside the project, confirm whether the 24 VDC “machine-running” input from the client’s Siemens PLC is already monitored. If it is absent or incomplete, add the routine that prevents our equipment from starting unless that signal is present.
I also want a new manual-start button on the HMI that, when pressed, powers a grease pump (24 VDC), two solenoids (24 VDC each) and supervises two inductive switches, all without defeating the interlock above.
Daily lubrication must always kick off at 08:00 AM CST, even after a power loss or daylight-saving change, so please correct the scheduler accordingly.
Deliverables
• Updated Siemens project files (TIA Portal / Step 7) with every change commented
• A concise change log
• A short guide that shows me where and how to tweak the time parameters in future
I’ll supply the current code, the CR1077 PDF and remote access if needed. Let me know your expected turnaround and which Siemens software version you prefer so we can avoid compatibility surprises." (client-provided description)
