"I’m starting a website from the ground up and need an experienced PHP developer to take it from initial setup through to a production-ready launch. You’ll architect the back-end in clean, well-documented PHP, integrate it smoothly with a modern front-end of your choice, and make sure everything is responsive, fast, and secure.
