The job is strictly customer support: you’ll handle incoming calls and clarify product information—no selling, no troubleshooting, no account work.

You may use any smartphone with a stable internet connection and a quiet space. I offer complete flexibility: choose your own hours, log in when you’re free, and simply follow the brief script and knowledge base I provide. A short virtual onboarding will get you up to speed, and ongoing chat access ensures you’re never stuck.

Your daily routine is straightforward:
• Log in to the call app.
• Take calls, record the customer’s question and your answer in the call log.
• Submit a quick end-of-shift summary through the online form.
