True Sweet Co. is a clean-label FMCG startup focused on diabetic-friendly and keto-safe products such as chocolates, spreads, cookies, and dry cakes. We use a proprietary sugar replacement blend and premium ingredients to deliver indulgence without compromise. Our recipes and portion sizes are finalized, and lab tests for compliance are underway.

We are preparing for a Shopify-first launch, followed by onboarding on quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart).

Project Objective
We seek a trusted Shopify Partner to design, build, and manage our e-commerce presence, ensuring a seamless customer journey and readiness for scale.

Scope of Work
1. Shopify Store Setup & Customization
Theme selection, customization, and responsive design (mobile-first).
Payment gateway integration (Razorpay, PayU, PayPal).
Logistics integration with Shiprocket/Delhivery.
Inventory & order management setup.
Quick commerce readiness (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart integration).

2. Product Listing & Catalog Management
Setup of SKUs with descriptions, nutritional labels, pricing, and variants.
Bulk upload templates and inventory sync.
Guidance on pricing strategy and Shopify margins.

3. Content & Creative Support
Product photography & lifestyle visuals.
Short videos for PDPs and social integration.
Banner designs, landing page creatives, festive campaigns.

4. Performance & Optimization
SEO setup for product pages & blogs.
Analytics dashboard setup (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Pixel).
App integrations (subscription, reviews, loyalty, email automation).
A/B testing and conversion optimization.

5. Ongoing Support
Monthly maintenance & bug fixes.
Feature upgrades and new app recommendations.
Data-driven insights to improve traffic and sales.
Deliverables Expected
Fully functional Shopify store ready for launch.
