"I need an expert to optimize my WordPress site speed beyond basic plugins. I'm not looking for a freelancer who will just install a WordPress plugin and try to optimize through that. I've already done that and it doesn't work well; it breaks the site layout and functionality as well. I already have a cache plugin, a CDN, and have tried Cloudflare. Images are also all optimized and already in WebP.

The ideal candidate will be able to code and identify unnecessary theme functionalities that can be removed. My goal is to achieve a PageSpeed score of 90 on both mobile and desktop.
