"I’m planning a full-scale ERP that unifies all of my core operations in a single, web-based platform. The system must seamlessly connect the following functional areas:

• Inventory Management
• Human Resources
• Quality Management
• Maintenance
• Production
• Accounting & Finance

Each module should share one central database while still keeping clear user-level permissions so data flows automatically from one step of our process to the next (for example, a production order should consume inventory, trigger quality checks, and update financials without duplicate entry).

Key points to keep in mind
• Responsive interface that staff on the shop floor, in the warehouse, and in the office can all access.
• Real-time dashboards for stock levels, work orders, maintenance schedules, and financial KPIs.
• Role-based access, audit trails, and straightforward user administration.
• Open API or export options so we can link future tools if needed.

Acceptance criteria
1. A working, hosted instance covering every module above, tested with sample data I will supply.
2. Clear documentation (user guide + brief technical setup notes).
3. Handover session walking through deployment and routine maintenance.
