"I need a complete, production-ready platform that supports every stage of our jewelry manufacturing operation in Dammam. The heart of the build is a Manufacturing Workflow Tracker that shows each piece’s movement through casting, polishing, stone-setting, quality control, and packaging in real time. Operators on the shop floor will update statuses from Android and iOS apps, so the data you expose through REST APIs must refresh instantly and remain accurate at scale.

Although the workflow tracker is the first milestone, the broader application also covers a Warehouse Management System for raw materials and finished goods, plus a professional labeling module that prints barcode or QR codes directly from the same data set. All three modules must sit on a single codebase built with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSP, AngularJS, and secure REST endpoints. I expect clean, well-documented code, role-based access control, audit logs, and a deployment pipeline that can grow with new factories or additional product lines.

Deliverables
• Manufacturing Workflow Tracker with real-time production step tracking fully integrated into web and mobile clients
• Android and iOS apps (native or hybrid) compiled, signed, and ready for store submission
• Warehouse and labeling modules sharing the same database schema, services, and authentication layer
• Source code in Git, build scripts, unit/integration tests, and installation guide for on-premise or cloud deployment

Acceptance Criteria
1. A production step entered on any device is visible to every other client within five seconds.
2. Each transaction (receive, move, issue, print label) writes to an audit log and can be replayed for traceability.
3. Role permissions can be modified from an admin screen without redeploying the server.
