We are commissioning a WordPress developer (or small team) with proven expertise in building multi-directory, membership-based marketplace websites. The goal is to create a pet-focused platform (covering Ireland & Northern Ireland) with integrated listings, services directory, lost & found section, and content hub.

Important: This is not a generic classifieds site. It must strictly comply with Irish and EU animal welfare legislation, especially around the advertising of pets.
• Developers without prior experience in multi-directory or marketplace builds should not apply.
• Only applications that directly address the scope and answer the filter questions (see below) will be considered.
• Automatic / copy-paste bids will be ignored.

1. Marketplace (Pets for Sale / Rehoming / Adoption)
• Advertiser roles:
• Private Seller (pay-per-listing).
• Breeder (can choose pay-per-listing OR subscription plan).
• Shelter/Rescue (free plan, capped).

• Mandatory compliance checks:
• Pets must be minimum 8 weeks old (system blocks otherwise).

4. Content (Learn Hub + Events)

5. Memberships & Payments
• Plans:
• Private sellers → pay-per-listing.
• Breeders → can choose pay-per-listing OR subscription plan (with 90-day free trial).
