"I need a seasoned Android developer to build a lightweight utility app that exchanges data in real time with ChatGPT through the OpenAI API. The core requirement is flawless data synchronization—­no other bells and whistles are necessary at this stage.

Here’s what I have in mind. A simple, uncluttered interface collects user input locally, hands it off to ChatGPT, retrieves the response, then stores both the prompt and answer so they stay available across sessions. I should be able to clear, export, or re-sync that history at will. All communications must be handled securely and with graceful error-handling for network hiccups.

As the developer you will:

• Design and code the Android utility (Kotlin or Java in Android Studio).
• Integrate the OpenAI REST endpoint, managing keys safely.
• Implement the data synchronization layer so user content is mirrored with ChatGPT whenever connectivity is present.
• Provide a signed APK plus full, well-commented source in a Git repo, along with a short README explaining how to swap in new API keys and adjust endpoints.
