"I’ve already finalised the visual design for my personal portfolio and now I need a PHP / Laravel specialist to bring it to life. The brief is straightforward: convert the existing mock-ups into a clean, well-structured Laravel application that I can host on my own server.

You’ll receive the complete design files as soon as we start. From there, I expect pixel-accurate Blade templates, responsive layouts, and tidy controller / model logic so updating projects later on is painless. Feel free to suggest small UX or performance tweaks if you see clear wins, but the overall look and flow are set.

Deliverables (all in a private Git repo):
• Full Laravel project mirroring my design, ready for production
• README with setup and deployment steps
• Basic admin instructions for adding or editing portfolio items
