"I need a lightweight static website built with React (5 Pages) that presents our company’s services in a clear, engaging way. The site’s only goal is to share business information, so there are no blog posts, portfolios, or e-commerce features to consider—just our services, described in detail.

DEADLINE: 6 SEPTEMPER

Scope of work
• Build a responsive Home page that captures our value proposition.
• Create a dedicated Services page that renders detailed descriptions (copy provided) from a simple JSON or Markdown source at build time.
• Add a minimal Contact/About section so visitors can reach us.

Technical notes
• Any modern React toolchain is fine—CRA, Vite, or [login to view URL] static export—as long as the final output is a fully static bundle suitable for Netlify or GitHub Pages.
• Keep the codebase clean: ESLint in place, components well-structured, and the production build free of warnings.
• Design must be mobile-first and hit at least a 90+ Lighthouse performance score on mobile.

Deliverables & hand-off
• Complete React project in a Git repo with README explaining build and deploy steps.
• Optimized, production-ready static files.
• Brief style guide (fonts, colors) integrated from the Figma link I will supply.
