Project description:
"I am looking for an experienced wearable hardware engineer / team to develop a prototype smart T-shirt (Version 1). The goal is to integrate health and posture sensors into a normal-looking T-shirt with a detachable electronics module.
Deliverables:
1) Heart Monitoring (ECG + HR)
2) Textile electrodes on chest.
3)Signal processing + data transfer via Bluetooth.
4)Posture Tracking
5)IMU (accelerometer + gyroscope) integrated near spine/upper back.
6)Alerts via connected app.
7)Breathing & Sleep Tracking
8)Detect chest expansion + movement to estimate respiration + sleep quality.
9)Removable Electronics Module
10)Contains battery + BLE.

-Must be detachable for washing.
-Basic Mobile App (iOS/Android)
-Simple dashboard (HR, posture alerts, sleep log).
-Minimal UI – focus on functionality.

Main Requirements for hiring:
1) Experience with wearables / biomedical sensors.
2) PCB design + firmware programming.
3) Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
4) Mobile app development (basic dashboard).
5)E-textile integration knowledge preferred.

Budget:
₹40000 – ₹80000 (based on milestones, even can go upto 1Lakh in inclusion of more features).

Notes:
1)Deliverables should include documentation of components, schematics, and integration process.
2)Prototype should be functional, even as slim as possible.
3)Payment via milestones:
4)Component selection + circuit design.
5)Working PCB + sensors on breadboard(along with Neat PCB design).
