"My Magento 2 store runs on a Hostinger VPS and, despite decent hardware, I still battle slow page loads, sudden CPU spikes, and periods of database latency. Each month I want a specialist to dive into the stack, uncover the exact bottlenecks, and leave the site measurably faster so we consistently pass Google’s Core Web Vitals.

Scope of work
– Profile and optimise database queries, tweaking MySQL ([login to view URL], slow-query log, indexing, caching) until latency is gone.
– Fine-tune PHP-FPM settings—pm, child processes, opcache, memory limits—to keep CPU usage stable even under traffic bursts.
– Tidy up Magento’s frontend: minify, defer or lazy-load assets, and implement critical CSS so Google PageSpeed Insights (my preferred monitor) reports green across the board.

Monthly deliverables
• A brief audit report summarising what was found, changes made, and the resulting PageSpeed scores.
• Updated configuration files (MySQL, php-fpm, nginx/apache if touched) delivered through Git or a similar version-controlled method.
• Clear next-step recommendations for the following month.

Acceptance criteria
1. Google PageSpeed Insights ≥ 90 on both mobile and desktop for key landing pages.
2. Average server CPU usage stays below 60 % during peak hours.
3. Database query response time reduced to < 100 ms on the same endpoints that were previously flagged.
