Most existing systems (e.g., Ultimate POS) are not optimized for managing unique serials, barcode tracking, and warranty per unit — which is essential for our business model.


Core Features Needed:
1. Product Management:

Add product once (e.g., “Samsung 8GB DDR4 RAM”).

Define general info: Category, Brand, Purchase/Sale Price, Tax, Warranty Duration (e.g., 1 Year).

Bulk quantity entry with unique SKU/Serial/QR Code per unit.

Each unit tracked individually under the same product name.

2. Purchase Module:

Purchase entry with:

Quantity (e.g., 100 units)

Serial numbers/barcodes scanned/entered per item

System must support:

QR/Barcode label generation & print

Automatic assignment of warranty duration from purchase date or sale date

3. Sales Module:

Sell by scanning the unit's barcode/serial
