"We provide online ordering websites for around 50 restaurants but the designs are out-dated and this is reducing the customer experience when using the website. We’re looking for a creative UX/UI designer to completely redesign these sites from scratch with a modern, user-friendly, mobile-first design. The most common functionality of the website is to allow customers to place online orders.

The main purpose of the new design is for the users to have a great experience, easily navigate (especially the menu for ordering purposes) and most importantly increase conversions of orders through a simple but elegant design.

We also wish for the freelancer to suggest new ideas/features to make websites stand out (e.g. AI chatbot, interactive elements). This will make the design of the website be futuristic and long lasting to avoid having to re-design it again in the near future. We want to be ahead of the game.

Scope:
Redesign homepage, booking page, gallery, menu ordering, basket & checkout.
Deliver responsive designs (desktop & mobile).
Create a clean, modern design system (fonts, colours, components).

We're looking for a freelancer that has strong UX/UI portfolio (ideally e-commerce/food ordering), ability to design engaging websites and a creative thinker with fresh ideas.

Although the website is to increase order conversions, it should also have a strong emphasis on the restaurants brand and be a way for them to connect with website users.
