I want to create a simple mobile app (Android + iOS) for children aged 2–8 years. The app should feature a friendly cartoon buddy that can talk to kids in Hinglish (mix of English + Hindi).

When a child speaks, the app should listen → send the text to AI → reply back in a natural kid-friendly Hinglish voice (using ElevenLabs or equivalent TTS).

The experience should be fun, safe, and simple — like [login to view URL] or Lingokids, but Hinglish-first.

Key Features Required:

Voice-only interaction (no typing).

AI replies in short, playful Hinglish sentences.

Natural voice output (ElevenLabs preferred).

Simple cartoon avatar/character on screen (Ready Player Me / Animaze or similar).

Export as Android APK (and iOS app if possible).

Deliverables:

Working prototype app (APK / TestFlight link).

Ability to customize content (I should be able to add new dialogues/lessons later).

Documentation on how to update voices/content.
