"I’m building a CCTV-based security hub that doesn’t just record video—it actively guards the premises. The camera must detect and track human movement locally, pair over BLE and Wi-Fi with both door/window reed switches and PIR sensors, then react instantly. On any breach it has to push an in-app alert and also place GSM voice calls (via the on-board SIM slot) to up to five pre-stored numbers.

Your role is to deliver production-ready embedded software and guide me on the exact electronics stack. I need recommendations for the main MCU/SoC, image sensor interface, BLE & dual-band Wi-Fi modules, GSM/LTE modem, power-backup options, and secure OTA update strategy. The firmware should expose a clean JSON/REST or MQTT interface for the mobile app, manage encrypted sensor pairing, handle edge-based person detection, and queue notifications reliably even when connectivity is intermittent.

Deliverables
• Complete, well-commented firmware source (C/C++ or Rust preferred, but I’m open) ready for flashing
• Hardware guide: component shortlist, reference schematics, BOM with indicative pricing and suppliers
• API documentation for the mobile app team plus command set for remote provisioning
• Test firmware or scripts to simulate sensor triggers and confirm app/GSM notifications
• Handover report covering build environment, flashing procedure, and future scalability notes

Acceptance criteria
• Door/window and PIR events are received within 200 ms over BLE and <500 ms over Wi-Fi
• Person-tracking algorithm flags presence with >90 % recall at 5 m distance on a 2 MP stream
• Camera places GSM calls to the five stored numbers in sequence and retries once on failure
• All communications (sensor links, Wi-Fi, GSM data) are authenticated and AES-encrypted
• Source compiles cleanly on a fresh toolchain install and passes the provided test suite
