"I need a consultant to provide expert advice on horse quarantine for a 50 horse stable boarding operation
Background: Two sisters manage a farm. sisterA operates the horse boarding facility and generates policies and procedures re quarantine. SisterB does not operate the Equestrian boarding operation b ut has 4 or more horses she rides. SisterB feels the quarantine policies are too restrictive. Sistera and sisterb have jointly used AI to determine BEST PRACTICES as they apply to their farm. The sisters still do not agree on which to apply and are seeking a qualified 3rd party to advise.
