Build a Virtual CEO AI System – GPT + Google Sheets + n8n Automation

Overview:
We are a fast-growing Indian ethnic wear brand looking to build a Virtual CEO AI Agent that can monitor, analyze, and take decisions across all business departments — as a digital clone of the actual CEO.
This system should read data from Google Sheets (updated regularly from ERP and other sources), understand our SOPs and priorities, and take intelligent actions such as assigning tasks, flagging delays, escalating issues, and sending reports.

Objective:
To build an AI-powered system that:
• Thinks and acts like the CEO (Ravi Talwani)
• Monitors all operations via Google Sheets
• Takes real-time or scheduled actions
• Sends daily summaries, alerts, and task follow-ups
• Suggests improvements based on historical and current data

Core Functional Areas:
The AI system must cover the following departments:

Design Track calendars, suggest trends, follow-up designers
Purchase. Monitor stock levels, reorder needs, flag PO delays
Production. Analyze TAT, detect bottlenecks, alert delays

Inventory. Identify dead stock, suggest fast-moving SKUs
Accounting. Payment follow-up, aging alerts
Finance. Budget deviation alerts, cash flow summaries
HR. Attendance flags, KRA monitoring
Task Management. Assign, track, escalate tasks across teams

Tech Stack (Preferred)
