"I need an online repository that lets a customer choose a file, pay, and instantly download it without any manual intervention from my side. The system must comfortably serve PDFs, Word documents and plain-text files, holding each behind a paywall that only releases the file once payment is confirmed.

Access is role-based. Admins (my internal team) should upload, price and manage the documents, while buyers see only what they have paid for. No other access tiers are necessary right now, but the structure should allow additional roles later.

For payments, please wire in a bank-transfer gateway as the primary method. A credit/debit card option is also required; any processing fees have to be automatically added to the buyer’s total so my company receives the full net price. Settlement and download confirmation must be seamless for both methods.

• Web-based repository with secure login and role-based permissions
• Catalogue page with pricing, “click-to-pay” flow and instant, one-time download link or portal access after payment
• Admin dashboard to upload, edit, archive files and view basic sales logs
• Payment integration: bank transfer (preferred) plus cards with fee pass-through
• Clear deployment instructions so my own IT team can host or migrate the solution later
