"I run an existing Drupal-based Opigno LMS and need three feature sets added without disrupting any live courses or learner data.

Certificates
– Please enable the native Opigno Certificate module. After it is active, configure a simple, professional-looking template and tie it to the completion events of each course (and, where applicable, individual learning paths) so certificates are issued automatically and stored in the user profile.

Login page copy
– I will supply the exact wording that has to replace the default text on the login screen. No visual redesign is required right now; this task is strictly about swapping the copy while preserving our current styling.

Region-scoped reporting
– Each administrator account is already tagged internally with a region field. I need a permission or view-based solution that limits every admin to reports containing data from their own region only, with no possibility of viewing others. Super-admin access must remain global.

Acceptance criteria
• All existing data, user progress, roles and configurations stay intact.
• Certificates generate automatically upon completion and can be downloaded by learners.
• The new login copy is visible immediately after deployment.
• Region filtering works for every reporting view we currently use, verified with two test accounts.
