"I want to bring the card classic All Fours to mobile and web with the polish players expect from today’s top social games. The core build must run on Android, iOS, and a browser, and I’m leaning toward Unity so we can share one codebase, though I’m open to another engine if you can show clear advantages.

Gameplay
• 4-player partnership with the full All Fours rule set: Trump selection, “Begging,” High/Low/Jack/Game scoring, and the rare instant-win hands.
• Seamless online and local multiplayer; quick match, private rooms, and pass-and-play should all feel native to the platform.
• Solo play against AI partners and opponents that understand both strategy and table etiquette.

User experience
Smooth card fan, deal, and drag animations, plus subtle background character loops to keep the table alive without distracting from the cards. Frame-rate drops or stutters are a deal-breaker.

Progression & economy
Players earn coins for victories and winning streaks as well as daily and event challenges. Coins unlock decks, table skins, and themed rooms; they can also be bought via in-app purchases alongside premium add-ons. The economy needs to be server-authoritative to prevent cheating.

Social layer
Global and friends leaderboards, win-rate stats, and shareable match highlights. Where possible, hooks for push notifications (mobile) and simple invite links (web) are expected.

Extensibility
Deck backs, table felts, and even full rooms should be data-driven so I can swap them out later for sponsorship deals or seasonal content without touching core code.

Acceptance criteria
1. A single signed build runs on Android, iOS, and WebGL (or comparable web target) with identical feature sets.
2. Online matchmaking succeeds in < 10 s on a 4G connection and keeps all players in sync for a full game.
3. Local networks and offline pass-and-play load in < 5 s.
4. AI completes a game from deal to final score without hangs or illegal moves.
5. IAP sandbox transactions credit coins instantly and survive app restarts.
6. Source compiles from a clean checkout with the documented build steps.

Deliverables
• Playable cross-platform build ready for TestFlight, Google Play Internal Testing, and a public web host.
• Complete, well-commented source code with asset folders and dependency list.
• Brief technical doc covering architecture, third-party services, and how to add future skins/rooms.
