"I already run Ultimate POS and now need it to meet Indian compliance and modern payment demands without breaking its upgrade path. The job centres on three core areas—Invoicing, Reports, and Payment Processing—and each has clear, isolated tasks.

Deliverables
• Invoicing
– Auto-generate e-Invoices that match the official GST schema and push JSON to the government portal.
– One-click e-Way Bill creation from the same sale record.
– Dynamic UPI QR code printed on every bill, alongside my bank account details.
– Extra invoice templates plus a bulk-print option for both A4 and thermal formats.

• Reports
– GSTR-1, GSTR-2 and GSTR-3B summaries with CSV/JSON export.
– Additional “Product Sell Report” filter letting me slice results by individual user or cashier.

• Payment Processing & Sharing
– UPI payment capture with status callbacks so the sale is auto-marked “Paid”.
– WhatsApp Business API hook: after saving an invoice, the app should send the PDF (and optional payment link) to the customer’s WhatsApp number.

• Theme Modification
– Need to modify the theme issues and other changes in the theme.

Technical notes
Ultimate POS is Laravel-based, so extensions should live in separate modules or use service providers to stay update-safe. I’ll give staging-server access plus GST API credentials. Final code must be clean, commented and ready to drop into production after my testing.
