"I need help turning my utility-tool concept into a polished mobile application that runs natively on both Android and iOS. The core language for the shared business logic will be Kotlin—ideally Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile—so that we maintain one codebase while still giving each platform a first-class experience.

Here is the scope I have in mind:
• Architect a clean shared module in Kotlin for all non-UI logic (network calls, local data storage, background tasks).
• Build the Android UI with Jetpack Compose and the iOS UI with SwiftUI or UIKit, wiring them to the shared layer.
• Set up CI/CD so I can generate release builds for both stores with a single command.
• Write concise unit tests for the shared layer and basic UI tests per platform.

Acceptance criteria
– Both apps launch, perform the key utility function end-to-end, and pass the test suite.
– The shared module compiles with the latest stable Kotlin and Ktor/SQLDelight (or similar) versions.
– Clear README with build instructions for Android Studio and Xcode.
