**Requirements:**

* Develop a **dedicated SWD programmer** for the Microchip SAME53 MCU.
* Must support both **Windows and Linux** environments.
* On Linux, provide a well-documented **API/library** so our software can directly flash the MCU during first programming.
* Programmer should be **robust and reliable** for both initial flashing and ongoing development/debug tasks.

**Deliverables:**

* **Complete KiCad project files** (schematic, PCB layout, BOM, Gerber, drill, pick-and-place).
* **Working physical PCB samples** (minimal production run).
