I have already decided on Shopify as the platform, so the job is all about transforming a clean, out-of-the-box store into a polished, conversion-ready service marketplace.

Here’s what success looks like to me: the theme is customized to match my brand, each service is presented as a clear “product” with detailed descriptions, booking or scheduling add-ons (if required) are installed and configured, payments flow smoothly through Shopify Payments or another recommended gateway, and the entire checkout experience feels effortless to a first-time visitor.
