"I need a web-based B2B portal where I can load my pre-purchased series and other fixed-departure flight tickets, then release them to partner agents in a controlled way.

Core requirements
• An admin dashboard that lets me add, edit, or delete each series or individual ticket, define sale dates, seat inventory, and pricing.
• Real-time sales tracking so I always know what has been sold, to whom, and at what margin.
• Controls for minimum and maximum inventory allocation to each agent, together with credit-limit management and payment status monitoring.
• Bulk upload for new ticket batches (CSV or Excel is fine) so I’m not forced to create records one by one.
• A reporting module I can customise on the fly—e.g. daily sales by route, unused credit by agent, or amendment history.
• Simple tools for handling amendments and reissues without breaking the audit trail.
• Secure agent log-in area showing only the flights, fares, and available seats that apply to them.

Acceptance criteria
1. Admin user can create a flight series and assign pricing, inventory, and validity in one workflow.
2. Agents see accurate live availability and can hold or book seats instantly.
3. Sales dashboard exports to CSV/PDF and reflects live data without manual refresh.
4. System prevents an agent from exceeding their credit limit or allocated inventory.
5. Bulk upload processes at least 5,000 lines in under two minutes and returns a validation report.
6. Full hand-over documentation and a short walk-through video at project close.
