I’m looking for an experienced 6+ years MERN-stack professional who can step in as an external interviewer for upcoming developer screenings. You’ll join scheduled video calls, probe candidates on MongoDB, Express, React, and Node fundamentals, dig into real-world problem solving, and provide an objective written assessment right after each session.

Here’s what I need from you:

• 30- to 45-minute technical interview per candidate (Core and scenario based questions prepared by you)
• Providing the candidates with a time restricted machine test in Node.JS and API integration and evaluate the results.
• Clear numeric and narrative feedback in the form of a report that highlights strengths, red flags, and a hire/no-hire recommendation. .

Strong command of the full stack MERN development, particularly Node.JS, recent production experience, and confident communication are essential.
