"I need a detailed step by step guide on how to build ffmpeg-7.1.1 on windows 10 for use in programming a qt6.8 c++ qmake llvm-mingw clang project

Specifically for Qts preinstalled llvm-mingw1706_64 toolchain

I need every step in detail, including but not limited to:
msys2 or msvc,
If msys2, what bash shell is needed (mingw, clang, ucrt),
If msys2, all pacman installs for every dependency,
The ffmpeg ./configure script you used letter for letter,
For ffmpeg configuration, what flags you used,
In the .pro file all added lines like INCLUDEPATH and LIBS,
Ect

For ffmpeg functionality I only need the basic tools like
Video and audio splicing,
Frame capturing,
Ect
To be honest I don't know everything there is
to know everything I'm going to need but I don't want to start programming with the tools just to find out I don't have one I need, so more enabled is better.
That being said Im using lgpl, only things with less to no licensing requirements.
If things go according to plan and we are able to set up ffmpeg for my project, if I have any future issues with my project I'll go to you first before sending out a large scale bid.
