"Freelancer Needed to Complete Train Food Delivery App (Admin, Vendor and Customer Modules with IRCTC Integration and Database Migration)

**Project Overview**
We are developing a Train Food Delivery App, authorized for IRCTC e-catering services. The project is currently incomplete and requires a skilled freelancer or small team to redesign, develop, and complete all modules with direct integration into IRCTC systems.

The platform will consist of:

* Customer App – for browsing menus, placing PNR-linked orders, and making payments.
* Vendor Panel – for restaurant partners to manage menus, orders, and delivery updates.
* Admin Panel – for central monitoring, vendor onboarding, and order management.

The system must also support migration of the database from MySQL to PostgreSQL to ensure scalability and long-term performance.

**Scope of Work**

1. Review the existing codebase and restructure where needed.
2. Redesign the UI/UX with clean, user-friendly design for all three panels.
3. Complete development tasks:

* Customer: PNR-linked order placement, live tracking, payments.
* Vendor: Menu management, order acceptance and delivery updates.
* Admin: Vendor onboarding, reporting, analytics and dispute management.
4. Integrate with IRCTC systems:

* API integration with IRCTC e-catering/PNR system.
* Ensure compliance with IRCTC data and security guidelines.
* Real-time order synchronization with the IRCTC platform.
5. Database migration from MySQL to PostgreSQL without data loss.
6. Performance optimization for security, speed and scalability.
7. Deployment on Android, iOS, and web panels.
8. Provide complete technical documentation and handover.

**Required Skills and Experience**

* Mobile App Development (React Native or Flutter preferred).
* Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Django or Laravel).
* Experience in building multi-panel systems (Admin, Vendor, Customer).
* Proven experience with IRCTC API integration or similar large-scale API integrations.
* Proficiency in database migration from MySQL to PostgreSQL.
* Knowledge of payment gateway integration, push notifications and real-time updates.
* Familiarity with secure development standards and government compliance requirements.

**Nice to Have**

* Previous experience with food delivery or logistics applications.
* Understanding of railway domain workflows.
