Hero Section: Fullscreen autoplay video background (muted) with fallback image + CTA (“Explore the Magazine” / “Submit a Story”).

Animations: Smooth interactive animations (scroll/hover/reveal), using free WordPress plugins or lightweight CSS/JS libraries (no paid add-ons).
