Role Overview
We’re looking for a Founding AI/ML Engineer who’s obsessed with pushing the limits of LLMs and agentic workflows. You’ll be in charge of building the “brains” of our platform—building and orchestrating the AI agents that make our platform magical. This is an opportunity to build core IP that could power a multi-billion-dollar company.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and optimize multi-agent systems (LangGraph, etc).

Integrate cutting-edge LLMs (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Kimi, etc.) into code generation, error fixing, and growth automation workflows.

Architect agent memory, recursion, and error recovery nodes for reliability.

Manage token optimization, cost reduction, and latency improvements.

Experiment with vector DBs (Weaviate, Pinecone, Supabase, Neon) for retrieval.

Collaborate with full-stack & backend engineers to bring AI output into a seamless user experience.

Ideal Profile

Hands-on experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and agent frameworks.

Deep understanding of prompt engineering and tool/agent orchestration.

Strong NodeJS/NextJS skills for rapid prototyping.

Bonus: exposure to sandboxed execution (E2B, MicroVMs) and real-time app generation.

Startup DNA: comfortable building fast, testing constantly, and thinking big.

Compensation

This role will start off as a 60-day trial. After you successfully complete the task, we will upgrade you to full time salary + possibly meaningful equity based on performance and commitment.
