"I already have a fully-functional Flutter app and an accompanying admin panel; what’s missing is the direct connection to the Nepal Recharge & Bill API. With the official, complete API documentation in hand, I now need someone to wire the app and panel to the following live services: mobile recharge, electricity bill payment, and water bill payment.

Your task is to add the necessary data models, service layers, and UI hooks so that a user can select a provider, enter account or meter details, confirm the amount, and receive an in-app success receipt in real time. All API calls must be authenticated, error-handled, and logged in the admin panel for reconciliation.

Deliverables
• Flutter code updates that hit the production endpoints for the three services listed above
• Any minimal UI tweaks required to surface the new flows (keeping existing design language)
• Admin-side reporting so every transaction shows status, reference ID, and timestamp
• End-to-end testing: sandbox where available, then live confirmation on my test accounts
• A short hand-off note explaining new classes, configs, and how to switch between sandbox and production keys

Once the integration is stable and verified, I will deploy to the stores myself, but I need the source ready to build without additional changes. Please highlight relevant Flutter/Dart and payment-API experience when you respond." (client-provided description)
