"I need a comprehensive patient medical records management system for my startup clinic. The software should include:

- Electronic health records (EHR) integration
- Patient history tracking
- Document upload and storage

The system should be standalone and not require integration with any existing software. It should also have a provision of sending the prescription, lab prescription and radiology prescriptions via WhatsApp to the concerned. It should also have provision to accept payments via QR code. The clinic aspect will be
visible to the doctors, and the master aspect will be visible to the boss. While patients will only get prescriptions and receipts in pdf format.
