The website is already live, with active functionalities and integrated payment systems (Stripe and Mercado Pago). This contract is not to rewrite the system from scratch, but to fix specific issues, validate pending flows, and deliver the platform stable, secure, and production-ready.

1. General Context

The platform has already been developed, including:

Public streaming with chat;

Timed private rooms (3, 5, and 7 minutes) with escrow/split;

Premium gallery for paid content (videos/photos);

Token system;

Free/Premium subscriptions;

Profile boosting (homepage highlight for a limited time);

Admin panel (reports, disputes, sub-admins, campaigns);

Automatic moderation (AWS Rekognition + user reports);

Real-time notifications (Firebase and AWS SNS);

PWA/WebView app (installable, service worker, web push).

2. Test Results / Videos

Payments: Stripe and Mercado Pago are integrated and working (subscriptions, tokens, premium sales, and basic split). What is missing is the validation of automatic split and adjustments in admin/financial reports, ensuring correct data display.

Mercado Pago fallback: flow was demonstrated but without clear reconciliation evidence → requires adjustment.

Moderation (AWS Rekognition + reports): detection works, but alerts are not reaching the admin panel in real time. Adjustments are required so reports and blocks appear immediately and reliably.

Admin Panel: financial reports, detailed logs, and real-time alerts need to be completed.

Other functionalities (private rooms, tokens, subscriptions, PWA, push notifications) are present in the videos, but must be retested in production for stability.

3. Functionalities to Validate / Adjust

Public stream gallery (online status, viewer count, “Watch Now” button, removal of ended streams).

Full private room flow (escrow → room → countdown → automatic end → split).

Token system (purchase, usage, history).

Premium content expiration (30 days) + creator notification.

Profile boosting (purchase, highlight, expiration).

Review system (only if both participants attend).

Push notifications (Firebase mobile, AWS SNS web).

PWA (installation, web push, manifest, offline, webview).

Load and security testing (streaming and endpoints).

4. Final Deliverables

Corrections must be proven through video evidence (mandatory): each business rule and functionality must be clearly demonstrated, ensuring everything is working properly in a real environment.

Logs and screenshots of validated tests.

Updated code manual and setup instructions, reflecting all corrections and adjustments applied.

PWA with checklist approved (Lighthouse ≥ 90).

Admin panel reflecting splits, payments, and reports in real time.

Replacement of sandbox keys with production keys (Stripe, Mercado Pago, Firebase, AWS).

By the end of the project, all business rules must be properly adjusted and the admin panel must reflect financial, session, and user data in real time, with high streaming performance and applied security rules.
