"I have a set of high-quality analog watch models and I want visitors to slip them onto their wrist right from the browser. The goal is a web-based experience powered by 8th Wall that launches from a simple URL, opens the device camera, tracks the user’s wrist in real time, and places the watch in accurate scale and orientation.

The core scope is the AR try-on itself—no configurators or product comparisons for now. The experience must:

• run smoothly inside standard mobile browsers on both iOS and Android without requiring an app install
• load quickly, keep tracking stable under normal indoor lighting, and respect 8th Wall best practices for performance
• offer a clean UI for switching between the few supplied watch textures / materials (provided as .glb or .usd z)
• finish with an optional snapshot button that lets users save or share a wrist-shot

I’ll supply the watch assets and any branding elements. You deliver the 8th Wall project files, deploy them to an 8th Wall workspace (or a repo I can import), and walk me through any environment variables or API keys needed so I can publish and maintain it myself.
