I need a lean, working MVP of a hotel-booking platform so I can quickly test market fit before committing to a full build. The scope is deliberately narrow: solid, reliable core features over polished bells and whistles.

What must be in this first version:
• Room booking system that lets guests browse availability, select dates, and confirm a reservation in real time
• Integrated payments (credit/debit and the usual wallets) so bookings can be completed end-to-end on the site
• User reviews and ratings tied to completed stays
• Room-sharing and split-payment flow for guests who want to divide the bill at checkout
• Account layer with user registration / login, profile management and a booking history page
• Two dashboards: one for hotel partners to manage inventory, one for admins to monitor all activity

The UI can stay minimal; usability and clean code are the priority. Please structure the project so I can iterate quickly—clear documentation, modular components, and visible API endpoints are key. I’m flexible on tech stack as long as it supports rapid development and future scaling.
