"I am looking for an experienced consultant to help ensure compliance of my mobile app with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines. We need advise our team to apply again.

The app has two main components:
1. Subscription-based software features (digital tools and platform access) that may require In-App Purchase (IAP).
2. Educational programs and lessons delivered by partner organizations, which are real-world services and must be paid for outside the app (e.g., at the organization’s office or via bank transfer).

I need guidance on:
• Structuring the app so that it is accepted by both Apple and Google without rejection.
• Clearly separating the subscription (digital content via IAP) from real-world educational services (external payments).
• Best practices for documentation, Notes for Reviewers, and app store listings to avoid compliance issues.
