"I want to launch a full-featured e-commerce platform where anyone—from individual students to coaching-institute shopkeepers—can list new or used books and notes, and where parents or other students can easily buy them. The catalogue must cover the entire academic spectrum: school textbooks, college and university titles, and specialised coaching materials.

Key search filters have to let a buyer jump straight to what they need by typing a school name, government board name, college or university, specific subject, or even the coaching institute that produced the notes.

The store must run smoothly on both web and mobile, share a single database, and give me an admin dashboard to moderate listings, approve sellers, adjust commissions, and track orders. I also need:

• Separate signup flows and dashboards for student sellers, shop owners/institutes, and general buyers, all tied to one customer record for repeat use.
• Secure checkout with the usual Indian payment gateways (cards, UPI, wallets, net-banking) plus room for cash-on-delivery if we decide to add it.
• A clean product-upload form that handles multiple photos, condition tags (new/used), ISBN or customised note codes, and automatic price suggestions.
• Smart search and filter logic for the criteria listed above, backed by a fast index so searches feel instant on mobile data.
• Order tracking, in-app notifications, email/SMS alerts, and simple return/refund handling.
• Responsive UI in modern, lightweight tech (React, Flutter, [login to view URL]—open to your proposal) and well-documented APIs so the platform can scale later.

I’ll provide the initial category hierarchy and branding assets; you deliver the complete codebase, database schema, basic UI design, and a staging link for testing. Once I sign off on functionality and performance, we’ll move to production deployment on my hosting account.
