"I need a clean, single-page website built with pure HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript that can present our company in both Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR). The site’s core purpose is to sell our products and services, so usability and an inviting shopping flow are critical.

Scope of the page
• A product catalogue section that can be filtered or expanded without reloading the page.
• A lightweight shopping-cart widget that lets visitors add, remove and update quantities before they check out.
• A customer-reviews area where we can showcase text testimonials.
• A language toggle that instantly flips the entire layout between Arabic and English, including right-to-left alignment and mirrored icons where necessary.
• Fully responsive behaviour across desktop, tablet and mobile.

Tech notes
No frameworks are required; I prefer hand-coded HTML5, modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid) and plain JavaScript for interactivity. If you wish to introduce a small helper library (e.g. Swiper for a carousel) mention it in your proposal so I can approve it first.
