Currently, AnchoredPopup requires iOS 17+.
We need the library to work on iOS 16 as well, since our app still supports that OS version.

Requirements

Lower the deployment target to iOS 16.

Replace or guard iOS 17–only APIs with fallbacks.

Ensure the public API remains unchanged.

Confirm animations and popup behavior work correctly on iOS 16 simulators/devices.

Acceptance Criteria

Demo app runs on iOS 16 without crashes.
