"Yolo Store – Online Selling Platform
What we need….
1. BackEnd Admin Panel to manage - Site Settings + Product Listings & Orders & Reports & Users + Email Templates + Payment Gateways + Legal Documents + Invoice Template.
2. FrontEnd Website Pages (about 20-30 pages depend on design / layout you choose)
3. BackEnd Website Pages (about 10-15 pages depend on design / layout you choose)
What Site should be able to do….
1. We can add / modify / update / remove listing & product property
2. We can add / modify / update / remove product category & sub-category
3. We can print / download – sales report – based on customized category
4. Admin should have option to activate / deactivate gateway. Admin will choose which gateway to be active so provide this feature on Setting section – Gateway Selection Option
5. Admin will update status of the order …. (Order Received >> Ready to Dispatch >> Dispatched >> OnRoute >> Delivered)
6. When Admin update status to OnRoute, take input from admin (Track ID + Driver ID + Driver Name + Drv Mobile) & forward this information to customer via email.
7. Generate Dynamic & Customizable Email templates – for Welcome Email + Order Confirmation + Order Notification + Cancellation + OnRoute Status + Completed + Feedback
8. Whenever new order created – admin should receive – Order Notification email.
9. All email templates must be 100% mobile responsive & auto adjusting any devices screen.
10. When Order marked as Completed or Delivered, send two emails, 1. Order completed with final invoice as attachment. 2. Feedback email to retrieve feedback for that order.
11. Feedback – take feedback for each product & store with that product profile. So another user can see it when they buy it.
12. Admin should be able to upload legal documents & it will apply to site & user can view only – can not down load those documents from our site.
13. Admin User Profile should have – User Photo + First name + Last Name + DOB + email Id + mobile number with country code + add line 1 + city + Postcode
14. Consumer User Profile should have – User Photo + First name + Last Name + DOB + email Id + mobile number with country code + add line 1 + city + Postcode
15. Product listing should not have any limit, every time we create listing, system should generate listing & add to site.
16. Product listing page must have property – Product ID + 2-3 Photos + name + description + Weight + category + Sub-category + MRP + Selling Price + Qty in Stock + Sold + Rating
17. Admin will enter following information to generate listing - 2-3 Photos + Name + Description + Weight + Category + Sub-category + MRP + Selling Price + Qty in Stock + Sold + Rating
18. Basic Stock Register Page for Admin --- Product ID | Opening Stock | Sold | Closing Stock
19. Admin can active/ de-active listing – site will show only active listings to customer.
20. Create SiteMap Page – navigation map (routing map) & display on Site.
21. Provide Legal Document Upload feature for - T&C + Privacy Policy + GDPR + SiteMap
22. All invoice must be downloadable in pdf format (a4 size).
23. I will provide you – Logo + Invoice design layout idea if needed + email templates content if needed. You need to design it & code it & integrate it to the whole system.
24. Once site is ready – team must be able to upload on my hosting server & make it live for me.
25. Once site is live – I will test all function that I described here. I will not complete full payment till site is live & tested by me. It must work error free in order to complete payment of the project.
26. System will have two types of users - 1. Admin User & 2. Consumer User

32. Delivery Fee (Standard) - will be based on kgs of parcel – calculate – kgs Rate * kg = Delivery Fee (S) - (here admin will Pre-Set Per KG rate)
33. Delivery Fee (Priority) - will be based on kms distance from Base – calculate – kms Rate * kms = Delivery Fee(P) - (here admin will Pre-Set Per KG rate)
34. Landing Page should be fully 100% responsive & auto adjusting site layout regardless of any device or OS system for desktop, mobile, tables etc. there must not be friction error in design. DESIGN MUST BE PIXEL PERFECT FOR ANY DEVICE.
35. Main home page should have at least 2 themes to show to customer – which will be activated/ manage by admin
36. design team must show me demonstration on iOS + Android + Mobile + PC + Tablet – must provide screenshots for each device for approval. I will not have time to test myself so please provide me all sample screenshots for approval. I will need each Screenshot for all page + email template – developed for the site.



37. Customer can view listed product or individual pages if needed & place order / buy based on current active gateway
38. Show MRP with strike off to represent discount with saving value.) – calculate saving value by MRP – Selling Price.
39. Customer can buy multiple qty for same product if needed subject to available stock. (Show Realtime QTY In Stock).
40. Customer can register & manage / modify details of their profile.

42. Customer can provide feedback to each product they have purchased.
43. Customer can choose different delivery address at the time of purchase so provide that option to select or enter the new data. Invoice should be updated accordingly.
44. When any user / customer gets registered in system – send welcome email.
45. If any user forget password – provide option / function to update password using link or something
46. When any customer buy product & does not have consumer account, auto create account & send him welcome email to use it in future. If they have account, register this purchase under that existing consumer account.
47. Provide Customer Dashboard where Customer can login to their profile & view order status + order history + manage their profile such as change password, photo, address etc..
48. Customer can store card details for future payments … take permission upon purchase before storing in their profile. They should be able to delete card details if they want. They can not change existing card detail… if they can add new card details. Modifying added card details should not be allowed. They can add / store upto 2 card details only on their profile.
49. There should be Admin Panel Dashboard + Staff User Dashboard + Customer Dashboard to access." (client-provided description)
