"We are looking for an experienced AI/LLM developer to design and implement a smart conversational assistant on our company’s main website. The goal is to provide our customers with personalized, real-time support and streamline our sales process.

Project Scope

Conversational Assistant (Web-based Robot)

Available on our main page (GoDaddy-hosted).

Delivers detailed information about our products, prices, promotions, and services.

Engages with customers in natural language, providing a personalized experience.

Generates purchase orders directly through the chat interface.

Capable of connecting with our sales team when human intervention is required.

Technical Requirements

Implemented using a Large Language Model (LLM) with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Must retrieve and process data directly from our Aspel server (ERP/CRM system).

Conversations should be stored securely for future analysis and customer tracking.

The system must be adaptive: learn from interactions and improve responses over time.

Deliverables

Fully functional chatbot integrated into our GoDaddy-hosted website.

Secure connection to Aspel server for product, price, and client data.

Admin dashboard to review conversations, orders, and analytics.

Documentation + training for internal staff.

Candidate Profile

Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models like LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.).

Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.).

Proven experience in API integrations (ERP/CRM systems, databases, websites).

Web development experience (GoDaddy / cPanel / WordPress is a plus).

Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
