"I want to add a smart, round-the-clock chatbot to the Avid Security (Cape Town) site so visitors get timely, accurate help without waiting for office hours. The bot’s main job is to handle general information queries about our guarding, monitoring and alarm services and to guide prospects through sales and pricing conversations, keeping the tone friendly yet professional.

Because the answers need to feel human and adapt to follow-up questions, I need context-aware response logic rather than a static FAQ. English is the only language required for now, but the architecture should leave room for future multilingual expansion.

Workflow I have in mind
• Train the model on existing FAQs, brochures, price guides and any structured data you recommend.
• Deploy it on the website in a clean chat widget that works smoothly on desktop and mobile.
• Log each interaction with basic analytics so we can refine intent detection and measure conversion.
• Include a simple hand-off option that emails or live-chats a human agent when the bot can’t help.

Deliverables
1. Fully trained, context-aware chatbot model (e.g., Dialogflow CX, Rasa, custom OpenAI integration—use whichever you’re most comfortable with, so long as we keep data private).
2. Front-end widget embedded and styled to match avidsecurity.co.za.
