"We are looking for a highly skilled Python Backend Developer based in Pakistan to join our team on a remote freelance basis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development frameworks, with hands-on experience in Django, FastAPI, and Flask, as well as a good understanding of basic AI/ML integration and ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
Implement scalable solutions using Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
Integrate AI/ML models into backend workflows.
Develop and optimize ETL pipelines for data processing.
Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions on time.


Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Python with 7+ years of backend development experience.
Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, Flask.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Knowledge of ETL processes and data handling.
Good understanding of RESTful API design and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Must be based in Pakistan with good English communication skills.
